Jo Lawry is an Australian singer. Lawry has performed with many notable acts including Sting, with whom she has recorded and toured. She provided backing and duet vocals on Sting's 2010 studio album Symphonicities, and she appeared on-stage with him as a vocalist on the 2010 television special Live in Berlin.
Lawry is featured in the documentary film 20 Feet from Stardom.[1]
Her debut album, I Want to Be Happy, was released in 2008. Down Beat gave it 4.5 out of 5[2] and selected it as one of the "Best CDs of the 2000s".
